Statistics say almost 50% of romantic partners cheat at some point in time. Why is this figure so high? Have we lost respect for the meaning of love?

It is very hard to explain this dilemma experienced by millions of Lovers year after year. What are the costs of all these pain, hurt and sorrow? Most deceived lovers can have the core of their beings shaken when they come across such a deception which pierces their hearts and leaves gaping holes which can take years to heal. Some become so disoriented the effects may begin to spill over on their careers and other relationships.

Cheated lovers have spoken of struggling at work. The co-workers and boss may begin to get agitated and think you are slacking. Your parents may blame it was all your fault you are always ending with the wrong partner. Friends may just pooh-pooh everything while you feel the whole world is spinning out of control.

The dizzying effect of being cheated upon can leave you mistrustful of future relationships. You may begin to see everyone as part of the Dark Force of your former Lover. Situations get worse if you were in a lengthy relationship. Many broken-hearted spouses speak of trying to start from scratch like as if they are an 18 year old teenager just leaving home with few skills. They have to restart building new networks of friends and learning new job skills.

How can you overcome all this hurt? Only by learning to Love the Right Way. You have to change the way you look at love completely. Look at it more as a means to achieve your full potential rather than as something to dump your difficulties in. When you begin to work towards this better perspective of Love you will automatically overcome all the difficulties in your life. The only question remaining is when are you going to start the process of transformation? It better be now.
