Dreaming about my Ex.

Me and my ex broke up awhile back. I am with someone now but I still
have feelings for my ex. He too is with someone else but I can tell
there is something still between us the way he looks at me. I was at
a party with my boyfriend and my ex was there with his girlfriend,
but the whole time he was there he keep looking at me and then went
clear across the room just to say hi. There is more
I have been having dreams about me and him getting together and my
mom is having the same dreams also. I really do not know what to do
please help.

One thing you
do not say in your message is why you broke up. Can you recall why you
broke up? How do you know it will not happen again?
It is normal
and natural for you still to have feelings for your ex. and for him to
have feelings for you too. However, these feelings may not be the same
they were before. There is no guarantee that you can bring those
feelings back.
Maybe a part of
your feelings are a longing, - a longing for what you once had. That,
too, would be quite normal and those feelings could last a while until
you find new feelings or better feelings with someone else.
There are now
other people involved in both your lives. People you do not want to
hurt. It would be normal and natural for you and your ex to still
remain friends but best to keep it at that and move on.
